Shipping policy
We offer customers from the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland standard shopping through A Post, the cost is €5 per order. International orders are charged at a rate of €14 per order. Products must to be ordered before before 11am Monday to Thursday for a 5 working day delivery. Deliveries may arrive sooner or later than the 5 working days as specified
When should I expect my order?
You should receive your order within 5 working days as long as order is placed before 11am.
A Post are our primary courier for Republic of Ireland, Northern Ireland , UK and International Orders. Once you place an order you will be sent a confirmation email to confirm the goods you ordered, you will receive a further email to notify you of dispatch, this email will include a tracking number for your goods - where applicable.
UK Mainland Customers
As of January 1st 2021, purchasing products outside from the EU may be subject to customs duties, taxes and other fees under the Brexit Transition period. These costs will be payable by the person receiving the goods. The delivery of these goods may be withheld by our courier until the relevant tax, duties etc are paid in full. Couriers will automatically calculate these fees and engage with you the customer to fulfil the relevant tax, duties etc due on the item(s).
O'Sullivan's of Crookhaven accepts no responsibility for any additional charges and cannot accept a return and refund of those goods if the charges are not paid. Please see your local customs authority for more information on taxes and duties applicable to non EU countries.
Returns from UK Mainland may incur export duties, these duties are to be paid by the customer returning the items.
Product Availability
Our stock levels are updated regularly, however if there is an availability problem with an item you ordered we will contact you immediately to advise you on how you wish to proceed with the order.
Wrong Order Received
In the unlikely event that you receive the incorrect order pleas email us or contact us immediately and we will rectify the situation.

During times of promotion or sales events, fulfilment and shipping may be delayed, we will always send you a notification when your order is fulfilled and a further notification when your order has been shipped by our chosen couriers.
